How to use VVDI MB Tool Renew Benz X164 CR4 ECU?

VVDI MB BGA Tool can do Benz ECU/Gearbox renew function.And in previous,we display renew gearbox,now here is some photos to display VVDI MB Tool Renew Benz X164 CR4 ECU.
1.Connect VVDI Benz with ECU and computer.


2.Choose ECU,and then click "Read"

Reading data processing,please wait.

3.Read successfully.Get Erase password,then renew.
4.After renew,read ECU again,it shows information like following:
Initialized: Yes
TP cleared: NO
Personalized: No
Activated: No

Some customers may ask the VVDI MB Tool ECU/Gearbox support list,it does not have specific one,you can choose ECU connect test to read,if can be read,it will be supported.

How to use Benz ECU Test Adaptor with VVDI MB for ME9.7, ISM and 722.9 ETC board

VVDI MB BGA Tool with Benz Ecu Test Cables  is OK to renew ME9.7 MB, ISM in w164 and w221 and used 722.9 ETC board (7-gearbox module) version VGS_73 or like as 3.

1.ME9.7 ECU Renew Steps

VVDI MB connection.

Read data

Get erase pass

Save data(backup)

Renew – success

Now you can initial startup in DAS/Xentry, have there 2 possibility…with data from old ECU or without… then online

FOR get erase pass ONLINE WITH DEVICE VVDI MB Tool, After reading data ECU (with vvdi mb)

pin connection for ME9.7 MB

Finally, ECU renewed, and put into car made adaptation works good. Car starts.

Benz ECU renew cable can renew (used) ISM in w164 and w221, when is the ISM unit in 100% condition and not broken.
Successfully renewed used 722.9 ETC board (7-gearbox module) version VGS_73 or like as 3 with VVDI MB tool and today assigned to the car using MB-SCN online access.
