How to use VVDI MB Tool and VVDI Prog Program Mercedes-Benz w215 all key lost

VVDI Prog read  Mercedes-Benz w215 with Motorola-MC68HC05X32 chip eis eeprom data,use VVDI MB Tool prepare key file,and add new key,this is the process of VVDI Prog and VVDI MB program W215 all key lost,and the following we will display more.
1.VVDI Prog Read W215 EEPROM Dump file,use the chip.
Remove EIS,and remove the chip from EIS.

Choose the MCU chip type,and connect like diagram.


Read data and save it.

2.VVDI MB Tool Add New Key
Click Eis Tools,load EIS data.

Save data.

Click Prepare key file.

Load EIS,after load successfully,click prepare key file.

Prepare successfully.

Insert new blank key into VVDI MB BGA Tool coil.

Read/Write key.Identification key firstly.Then Load key file.

Then click write.

Completed.

3.Put back the chip to EIS.

4.Test new key on car.

VVDI MB Tool and VVDI Prog 2002 Mercedes C240 W203 Feedback

VVDI Prog can support to read IMMO Benz W203 1J35D/1J74Y/2J74Y/3J74Y/4J74Y,their wiring diagrams are the same one.If you do not want to do wiring, VVDI PROG BENZ EZS Adapter includes W203 one, it will help you do easier.
Recently,we recevied feedback that after read 2002 Mercedes C240 W203 successfully,use VVDI MB Tool load EIS data,but vvdi mb tool got error:file is not right .

Solution:
Please check the wiring diagram,check the EIS is same with pic one ,and all wiring are done well, the conenction are the same,read the data again,right one will be about 4kb.
From the customer feedback,the wiring is not completed yet,and after do all wiring,customers read new data,the problem is solved.

So we need emphasis:VVDI PROG Most important is making a good wires connection just like wiring diagram.

VVDI MB Tool and VVDI Prog Program Benz W906 Key

VVDI MB BGA Tool support benz w906 by OBD/IR way,for details,you can check our previous blog. If both OBD and IR way failed,you can use VVDI PROG read Benz W906 eeprom dump file,and VVDI MB Tool prepare key file,add new key.
1.VVDI PROG Programmer Read EIS W906(ST12) Dump File
Run VVDI PROG Software and choose right type.

Wring Diagram

After connect well,click read.

Read successfully,save the EIS data.

2.VVDI MB Prepare key file and write new key.
Prepare key file,then choose Load the EIS file which is read by VVDI PROG.


Tick off the version,just leave the right version.Then click "Prepare key file".

Save the key file data.

Read/Write Key.Identification the key firstly.

Load key file.

Write key.

Wirte data succes,then check the new key you write.

VVDI MB Tool and VVDI Prog with EZS Adatper Program Benz W211 All Key Lost

2.VVDI MB Tool Program New Key
Open VVDI MB Tool software, choose "Prepare Key File"

Load EIS file.

Choose key version,and click "Prepare key file".Processing prepare key.

All key files  now save at EIS folder. Choose Read Write key check BE Key whether is unuse staus.


Load key file.

Choose key file unuse one to write new key.

Writing data successfully.You can test the new key.

Read Benz W203 1J35D With VVDI Prog EZS Adapter

VVDI Prog support W203 1J35D Benz EIS,and we have blog in previous display how to connect diagram and operate, now easier to read Benz W203 1J35D with VVDI Prog EZS adapter for BENZ EIS/EZS.

1.Connect VVDI prog with computer,start vvdi prog software.

2.Put Benz W203 EIS into VVDI Prog Adapter(W203 HC08),and lock well.   
3.Connect VVDI PROG with EZS Adapter.

4.After connect well,click read to start reading process,save the data.
