Step 1. read and backup data of 3 areas (memory, LONGID, IDLOCATION) from the original dashboard IC

Step 2. write the backup-data to 3 areas on the chip
if the first two lines of the chip need change mileages, pls click on "Erase INC" on the bop right corner and then read out data
if the first two lines display all zeros, manually enter a new mileage for change
directly click on "Write" then done!
Step 3. solder the fixed chip on the dashboard to check if it starts or not, with or without a red dot.

Benz W211 All Key Lost Key Program by VVDI Prog + VVDI EZS Adapter

Step by step procedure on how to program key on Benz W211 when All Key Lost using VVDI Prog + VVDI EZS Adapter.
Tool source:
VVDI Prog (Used to read EIS dump file)
VVDI EZS Adapter
VVDI MB (used to prepare key and write)
EIS /ESL testing tool (used to testing key)
Step by step procedure:
This is W211 545 1708 box.

Read EIS W211 ST12 dump file by VVDI Prog and EZS adapter.
Supply 12V power to VVDI Pro.

Open VVDI Pro ->IMMOBILIZER ->Benz ->EIZ W211-ST12 (adapter).

After clicking the "Wring diagram", you can see W211_ST12.
See connection diagram - put eis on adapter.

IMMOBILIZER ->Benz ->W211-ST12(Adapter).

Click on "Read" and then wait until operation succeed.

Save EIS dump file.

Change to VVDI MB BGA tool, calculate key file, then write new key.

Open VVDI MB BGA tool software -> Prepare key file.

Load W211 ST12 EIS dump file that read by VVDI PRo.

Choose V51 ->Prepare key files 1-8.
All key files are finally saved at EIS folder.

Read write key -> check BE key that unuse.

Load key file -> choose key number3 ->write.

Click on "Identification key".
Now this key is ready for starting.

Test key by EIS/ESL Testing tool.

Done.

Xhorse VVDI PROG EEPROM Clip Adapter Probe Instruction

Starts with a question saying
About ..."Xhorse EEPROM Clip Adapter for VVDI PROG"
Depends on PCB whether need to use PROBE !
1. What PCB need to use probe ?
2. There are two wire to probe (red & brown). Do I use both of this or one ?

Explanation:

1. If you cannot read with clip alone then you need to use PROBE wires.
2. Both. One to GND other to PCB's MCU's XTAL pin if there is one.

Question:
Both wires have mark "GND" !! I made picture 1.
On my picture 2 - one of "GND" (brown) I connect to probe and...to PCB's MCU's XTAL pin if there is one.
Another wire "GND" (red) - where ??

Second wire to GND!!! ALL PCB's have GND.
Question:
Ops ! We connect PCB-s GND with "MCU's XTAL pin" through probe !! is it correct ? Like picture ?
