2.Connect Condor Dolphin with Phone via bluetooth.

3.Choose "All Key Lost" in the menu.

4.Input the number and then continue.

5.Enter key blank name.

6.Confirm the clamp type,and put the key blank on clamp,fix it.


7.Continue to cut.

Condor XC-MINI Benz W204 2010- Key Cutting Review

V5.1.7 Xhorse IKeycutter CONDOR XC-MINI key cutting machine can support multi-brands of car key types.And for Benz W204 2010- year,our customer give us feedback he use Key Dupliate Way to cut new keys,but it cut wrong.

Suggestion from Engineer:
Please choose cut by bitting way,and choose Benz HU64

You can check which one you need choose from the key type

Please Input the tooth number Which obtained by the Lishi two-in-one toolto the Condor XC-MINI cutting machine through the tooth profile processing interface

How to use Xhorse M4 clamp to cut house key with Condor mini?

Xhorse M4 clamp install with Condor mini and use to cut house key incl. single/double sided & crucifix keys.

Part 1: Install M4 Clamp

1. Clock M4 clamp on the Condor xc-mini.

Please note: Try to put the cutter and probe on top so that they won't be broken, because the M4 clamp is higher than M1 and M2 clamps.

2. Insert the key.

Firstly turn the handle backwards to release it
Insert key, you can use a sheet to withstand (following image 1)
Turn the handle forwards to fasten it

Or Firstly turn the handle backwards to release it
Insert key, you can use a sheet to help (following image 2)
Turn the handle forwards to fasten it

Part 2: Cut house key

1. Click on "Key copy".

2. Choose "universal profile".

3. Choose the key type.

M4 clamp supports single/double sided & crucifix keys.

4. Will tell you what clamp you can use, then you can understand what is for M1 or M4.

4. Switch to M4 clamp, and choose "Key Learn".

5. Cut key.

We need to be able to cut new Key when all keys are lost. Using cut by bitting. We have lishi pick and can decode lock. We want to be able to cut by bitting.Can this new style be added?
A:Condor MINI supports cut new ford 2017 via key duplication way,it is OK to do key learn and cut a new key.But cut by bitting is not available at present.Xhorse engineer are collecting data,and will develop in bitting way.Thanks.

How to use Condor XC-002 Cutting Machine Cut a Key?

xhorse condor xc-002 Manually Key Cutting Machine can support cut 4 track external,2track external,4 track internal,channel track.etc keys. You need have original key,here we will introduce how to use Condor XC-002 key cutting machine.
1.Put original key on left clamp,and fasten it.


2.Put new key blade on right clamp.

3.Turn Condor XC-002 on, hold the two handle to set the hight and position.

4.If set well,please tighten it as no need go to any lower.

5.After setting well,start to track and cut.

6.Finish.
